I know you're excited to dress up and doll up your baby girl. But these barrettes are not really suggested for 4 month olds. It is a choking hazard. I always say be safe than sorry. I suggest those cloth stretch head bands when baby is alert and in constant supervision. Much of the clips and barrettes that are in Target, WalMart are for older children. I suggest to ask your pediatrician his/her opinion on this.

You might consider going to a store that sell beauty or hair supplies. You can find all kinds of barrettes there.

You can buy barrettes from practically any store- Kmart, Walmart, Target, Burlington, Dollar Store, Drugstore, Claire's, --- really anywhere.
Also vendors, convenient stores, etc...

WalMart or Target should have them. Otherwise try like gymboree or another baby store in the mall

i just wanted to add in to make sure she doesn't sleep with it on because it can become a choking hazard. i am sure u knew that.

Shes still young, you have lots of time to put fancy barrets in her hair. Its more of a choking hazard now, so just let her hair be, shes beautiful regardless.
