how do I create a 'word document' spreadsheet to contain my data?

because i have removed my one by mistake and an icon box keeps appearing telling me my datasource is invalid/empty.

click start, then go to search,
search for 'word document'
Hey presto.
remember...when you delete something it is still on your hard drive if you search for it.

Could you please clarify what are you looking for. Are u talking about embedding a document into another such as a excel file within a word file?
