because of global warming-it really is serious caus the last 10 years have been the hottest ever.
so will we end up with no cars,not being able to use mod cons....

Good question. Who knows if mankind is really responsible for global warming. Our planet earth has a way of changing through the centuries.
Ice ages, warming, continental shift.
We could end up where we started, if we regress due to climate changes.
No cars obviously: but the "mod cons" may be slightly different!

No. Ingenuity and adaptation will enable us muddle along for another while. The scenery might be different and competition for land might get ugly, but we'll still be here for better or for worse. Unless some nutter lets fly with his nukes.

i believe things will need to go backwards to resolve global issues and some social issues. right now things need to change for us all to go forward.
