You should keep it casual. Try something like a nice two layer shirt and some pants, with some flats(shoe).

Well, I think it would be fine to wear a skirt or nice pants and a nice shirt. I am sure they don't expect you to dress up much. Runners can look funky with skirts, but you won't wear any sandals at all? It's warm, wouldn't you want to? Just wear some flip flops or something comfortable. Good luck!

Khakis, You might have to deal with a pair of flats, wear a nice tank top with a shrug and you'll be spring casual yet dressy at the same time.
