take your tempurature every morning at the same time. after you ovulate your tempurature will go up and stay up for 10-16 days. Then your tempurature will go down and you will bleed. Have sex before you ovulate, before your tempurature goes up to get pregnant. If your tempurature stays up for 18 days then you are pregnant. Good luck, I hope this helps.

test your temp every day and see what your normal body temp is then when ever it goes down your ovulating good luck....
