show that are on Fox ,ABC, CBS. such as Bones, Prison Break, CSI(NY, Miami, Las Vegas), Numbers, Survivor, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, etc..
the ABC and CBS shows are on their website, you can watch them there for free.
as for Fox, last time i used that i had to go on myspace.com to watch them...just click around.
as for the rest of those shows just have to look around..probably on youtube.com

mtv.com you can watch some episodes for free. I watched the hills the other day online (full episode, with only one commercial) and whichever channel does the show "ugly betty" you can watch online for free

Daily Motion. That's where i watch lost,heroes, prison break, 24, etc the day after it is shown in the US. You have to search carefully though because sometimes they rename them so they don't get removed.
