Do any of the five main stars in this constellation have planets? More specifically, does Ruchbah?

Ruchbah is an eclipsing binary star but I can't find any mention of planets orbiting it, or either of its components. The period between ellipses is 759 days. That means the orbital period is 759 days or possibly twice that since either star could eclipse the other, which would mean the two stars are closer to each other than Jupiter is to the Sun. That would probably rule out any planets. Their orbits would probably be unstable under the gravitational influence of the other star orbiting so closely.

We can't tell whether any star has planets unless the planets can influence them in some way we can detect. A planet might be close and large enough to cause the star to wobble a bit. Perhaps the planet is reflective enough (or maybe even passes in front of or behind the star) to make the star look brighter or dimmer as it goes around it. Otherwise, a star might have a dozen planets and we would never know without going there.

I don't think think Delta Cassiopeiae has revealed any secrets yet.

No. No stars are known to have planets in Cassiopeia.
