Only Disney characters and games were included in KH, other than that, everything was made for Kingdom Hearts and not pulled from something else.

well that is true but Leon, yuffie, cid, aeries, cloud and sephiroth are from FF lol so it's not all made of disney char's but i think it's related to dynasty warriors in some events in kingdom hearts 2 where you have to fight hundreds of heartless at once mass atacksl ike that = major exp :)

This is a very good question, but unfortunately i've only played kingdom hearts one time and have no idea.
