My answer comes from personal experience from cooking in steakhouses and upscale restaurants for the past 15 years.
Steakhouse: Sirloin, strip, filet, Prime rib, Porterhouse. If you happen to find a steakhouse that serves flat iron steaks then I see them sell almost as much sirloins.
Upscale: Filet, Prime rib, sirloin, strip, porterhouse.
