positions? Their number is totally desproportionate to the U.K's population, i mean every time i turn on the TV, I have to turn up the volume, to try and make sense of one of Tony's Scottish Ministers and his verbal babble. I'm not living in Scotland, I'm living in England's green and pleasant land and would like to see that fact reflected in Government, wouldn't you?

The best person is always picked for the job, no matter what nationality they are!
There are and have been tons of scots in key positions within the government. You are obviously not politicaly versed enough to know that the amount of ministers that appear on television during government displays, is only a tiny fraction of ministers there are in key positions. If they were to attempt to fit them all in at once they would all be sitting on each others laps and hanging from the light fittings.

Wooly - another great Tory question. We can't win elections, so lets rake up a bit of inter-British racism instead.
