When I learned how to juggle, the most important part was to practice throwing the balls so they would land in the same spot every single time. Juggling is really easy if you barely have to move your hands.pratcice tossing one ball from one hand to the other, until you can do it with your eyes closed.

Practice,

it took me four years to be able to juggle well...I don't do it much and now my juggling suffers from not practicing..
