Make sure you are running your bathroom fan to get the moisture of out your house. Open the curtains and turn the heat up.

The ice is from condensation. Use your exhaust fan in the bathroom whenever you bathe or shower. If you do not have double pane windows - which I think you do not - then do one of the following to prevent ice forming in the future:
1. Install double pane windows
2. Install storm windows over the existing windows
3. Install heavy plastic on the outside of the windows, making sure the plastic is 100% sealed

Also make sure the window frames and jambs are caulked and sealed.
