youtube has a lot of videos of live births. I went to their website and typed in natural child birth and tons of videos popped up. Here's a link to my search so you can pick and choose which videos you'd like to see.

I wouldn't recommend that you watch a live birth. My sister came into the delivery room with me and she was pregnant at the time and she was thinking of having a natural birth, when she seen what I went through she booked a c-section. This was her second pregnancy, with her first pregnancy she had a c-section and when she got pregnant with her second child she had the option of having a c-section and a natural birth, well after watching my birth she changed her mind quickly. You are just going to scare yourself more if you watch someone else give birth. Good luck, prepare to feel a ring of fire and strong strong period cramps.

DON'T, DON'T, DON'T look at childbirth!!!!
I would NEVER recommend watching birth to anyone who's having their first child.
Anyway, what you'll see is probably nothing like the birth you'll actually have.

if you are at home during the day, TLC has all kinds of baby shows on and they show deliveries. they blur out the "parts", but other than that it's real. however, everyone's labor and delivery is different, so don't think that your will be the same.
