Whatever they offer you tell them you are not happy and want to leave T-Mobile. They then pass you to customer retentions who are able to offer you better deals.

Yes I upgraded with T - Mobile a month ago.
I was on the Flext 25 a month & I got a Sony Ericsson K800i for free & was only charged £6 for postage & packaging.
I did try for the Nokia N73 but the phone wasnt free when I tried for it.

I had been with t-mobile for about 10 years as a pay-as-you go. Recently I asked to upgrade to a contract and they didn't offer it to me.
Orange however gave me a really great deal and now me and all my mates are on orange so I'd check them out as well!

Up graded with them yest was existing customer got flext 35 with 25% off just over 32 quid a month (should be 45) 180quid allowance for the month, free Sony Ericsson's w850i with all accessories free next day delivery. Fantastic Phone is s**t hot!.

Yes. Now, the discount you get depends on how long you have been with TMobile. The best thing to do is call Customer Service. They can assist with that. That is what I did.
