I love the name Alicia. I had a good friend named Alicia Karen. Personally I like Alicia Renee, Alicia Lynne, or Alicia Liane.

alicia is a cute name for a baby girl. Marie would sound good with alicia. helena sounds good with alicia too.

Wouldn't be my pick actually. Makes me think of Alice from the Brady Bunch (an old spinster) doesn't matter with tha "sha" end. If you truly want it I would spell it like Alyssa. That way, no one will mistake the proununciation.
