I've been saying that he would for how many weeks is it? Two or three. Its easy if you know how to read the way angles play out. Its obvious that he was going to feud with Edge and since Edge made it into the Money in the Bank match that Orton would so that they would be pitted against each other at Wrestlemania.

Odds are he will win, but there's no guarantee it'll be on raw. They've done it cross-promotional lately. If you don't recall, Van Dam and Edge fought for their spots on Raw.
