I heard there is an act called the hilton bird act, and want to know if it really exists. It is supposedly an act that was created to help people with no health insurance pay their doctors bills. If there is no hilton bird act are there any other programs?

Hill Burton Act is what you are looking for. Goggle it and there are several descriptions. Yes it is real but hospitals don't tell patients about it. You usually have to ask or mention it.

there is no such difficulty as non-existence, via definition. The term is used basically in assessment to existence, in spite of the undeniable fact that it skill no longer something via itself. Our understanding survives death, basically because it preceded start. the reason we can't understand non-existence is that there is no such difficulty, basically as there is no such difficulty as unconsciousness. no longer remembering a era of understanding would not propose that we weren't unsleeping on the time. we are constantly unsleeping at some point.
