I have not yet bought this game but I will very soon. My question is how can you plug in four dance pads if there are only 2 USB ports on the Xbox 360 console? Thanks

The DDR games for the Xbox and 360 are up to 4 player games. I have been getting answers saying it's a 2 player game but not this one. 2 player for PS2 and arcade.

This is a 4 player game, you can buy a splitter. I got mine off of ebay.

ddr is a 2 player game. but there are 3 usb cords on the 360. one is also in the back

I don't know how it is on the Xbox, but DDR is a two player game. You very likely can't plug in more than two.
