Men have nipples because the gender is the last thing developed in the child inside the womb so everything else is made the same. There is a really interesting book with crazy facts like that called "Why do men have nipples"

Because male and female bodies are based off the same structure aside from the major differences in the sex-related areas.
Women just happen to have a larger concentration of fat in the breast areas.
And believe it or not, but men can lactate too.

Every fetus is female till three or four months old, when the hormones kick in from the Y chromosome that changes them into males.
