It would be easier to type the form again filling in the blanks and printing it. I assume you are referring to a copy of a form where you fill in the blanks.

go to your court website. they should have the forms there for you to fill out online.

google divorce documents and it will take you to a bunch of websites that do it for free... that is what i did!!
