I cant locate the turn signal flasher on my 2000 jeep cherokee, can anyone help me?

Haynes 84 to 96 Cherokee manual shows it to be in the fuse block under the left side of the dash. The sketch shows it to be at the upper left of the fuse block and the hazard flasher to be at the lower right of the block. Both flashers are shown to be cylindrical in shape.
