i had my tubes cut and tied after the birth of my last child on 5/11/05..im a little scared because my last period was on jan 20 07..and now im having a white milky discharge..not normal. Has anyone gone throw this to..i set app with my obgyn but they can't see me for 3 wks

I had a tubal ligation & that's a running joke in my house. LOL!

Yes. My mom had her tubes tied back in 87 and she got pregnant somewhere around 97-98 . She had a miscarriage but the tubes did come loose and she did get preg. Docs may do things differently now and the tube tying might be better than back then, but you may just have to wait to see the doc. I know this sounds gross but white discharge can be from a yeast infection.

That is my biggest scare I'm getting my tubes tied when I have my c-section in June. My aunty got pregnant after getting her tubes tied, she thought she had the flu for the longest time then finds out she was pregnant. Same with a friend of mine she got pregnant to. So I really don't know? Birth Control doesn't work for me and I am hoping tying my tubes work. this is my third pregnancy.

When I had my tubal 3 months ago, the doc told me the failure rate was 1 in 1000 (though I've heard as high as 5 in 1000 from other sources). Are you able to take a home pregnancy test?

could be a yeast infection or some other kind of infection. A gf of mine got a tubal pregnancy after having her tubes ct and clipped but it sounds like u had your burned. but it maybe possible to be pregnant did u try taking a test? even if it is tubal pregnancy u will test positive GOOD LUCK!
