Why don't you get a pet lion and put clothes on it. The lion will eat the goat eliminating the whole problem with the clothes being eaten. I am almost certain the the lion will enjoy his clothes and would probably not eat them.

My suggestion is to stop putting clothes on him. Goats are not ment to wear clothes thats why he has fur. But as for eating them, my goat eats the shingles off my dog house when he is board they will eat almost anything just watch if he swallows any buttons they may cause an obstruction in his digestive track somewhere along the line and make him sick.

Tyvek, by DuPont is a synthetic paper-like, cloth-like material that was developed as protective wrapping for houses under construction. You can purchase it in small rolls, with no print, and then sew up some awesome goat clothes.
What makes it special is that it is extremely resistant to ripping and tearing. Even goat teeth probably couldn't wrench through it, however, it can be cut by a simple pair of scissors.

Unless your goat is clamoring for warm-weather gear, you shouldn't dress him. Goats will eat just about anything you put in front of them, and many of the fabrics used for petwear adress this problem, but even then they shouldn't be eating them. Unlike dogs and cats, you can't treat the fabric to avoid chewing, as they will take any opportunity to chew on something close by.

If all else fails, just get him a leather jacket... and avoid kid leather, because that's just WEIRD.

Does he really need a wardrobe? I understand that these days alot of people are having their cats "painted", perhaps that is the way you could go?
