For me, Heroes and Lost but I am the person who gets into any show that's on at the moment (which is why I refuse to watch 24...I don't want to have another show that I feel lost when I miss it. And I know I'll get hooked right away.)
For my fiance, Heroes and Lost, 24, Criminal Minds, CSI (Vegas, the others are crap), ER, Studio 60 (which is not on anymore....but might come back next year), Jerhico
We just saw this new game show, "Are you smarter than a fifth grader?" hosted by Jeff Foxworthy. Pretty funny stuff. We'll probably add that to our list.
I'd just like to add....Thank goodness for DVR!!!

Shows I like to see but if my DVR ate them I wouldn't dissolve into a puddle of misery: Greys Anatomy, ER, Desperate Housewives

I'm more of a CSI Miami person. My room-mate is more into 24, and my sis is into Heroes. Those are usually the big shows that I hear among people that I know.
