i was so worried about being pregnant, but then i realized it just doesnt add up, i had sex only once in my life used a condom and it was 2 days before my period ended, ive been so worried and stressed over a month and it happens that now im suppose to be on my period and im not but my breast are kind of tender or swollen and my lower abdomen, above my pubic bone is swollen a little and hurts when i press down on it, can this be a cyst or pregnancy or stress, what can it be, i feel as though im going crazy

it also causes me pain around that area specially on the right side, and very bad pain in my left breast

First, if you're worried about being pg - get a hpt and take one. It's possible the condom could've had a hole in it - they're only 97% effective, which leaves you with a 3% chance of being pregnant.
Second, regardless of the test results, call you OB Gyn. Cysts can cause pain and if bad enough my require surgery. I don't know your situation and you know your body. But, better safe than sorry - you should find out what's going on and start treatment if necessary.

go get checked by a dr. it sounded like stress in the beginning of your story, but the fact that it hurts when you press down on it, isnt normal, not even for pregnancy. Its probably a cyst. I found out I had one when I was in 7th grade... they do hurt. go see a dr and maybe they can help you with the pain. good luck.

You should see a Doctor. I heard a story once about a woman my brother knew who thought she was pregnant and i WAS a cyst or a tumor or something like that. the wierd thing is that cysts and tumors move around and can feel like a fetus. Dont wait, see your doctor.

You should go see a doctor. From your story, it sounds nearly impossible that you could be pregnant (time of the month + condom). Something else is bothering you - see a doctor.
