hahaha! ice cream van! good one!
This is gonna sound really cheesy but it's my cat charlie's purr.
I put my (shell shaped) ear to him sometimes to listen to it close up.
Also love it when it's really windy and it whistles down the chimney.

Hi!
This might sound a little mercenary, but at the moment mine is......
......on a Friday morning the door being closed behind my kids as they set off to school!!
Friday is my day off, and I usually spend the day up 'til lunchtime sorting the house out (tidying etc.). Then at lunchtime I have a shower, get some nice clothes on and go out for the afternoon!
Then, I'm sure you can guess my least favourite sound ...
.... the kids coming back in!!! LOL!!! Only joking!!

I have a large carob tree at the front of my house and there is a blackbird at the top of the tree singing its little heart out every morning. I go to my front door and listen to it for a coup[le of minutes every morning. It makes great start for the day.
I live in a quiet part of Portugal by the way.
