Who will have custody of her baby?

The baby should be put up for adoption, and the parents should not know whom they're adopting. The money can go to charity[ies]
They need to get this girl out of the situation before she's old enough to be as screwed up as her mother.

I think the father (the guy she was married or with!) or it can be Anna's Mom.
I think the best one would be is Anna's mom to take care of the baby. At least the baby will be safe and be with her grandparents, and not have a bad home life. We sure don't know who the dad is...but we will find out here soon, one way or another.

From what I saw on the ridiculous court, with that dirty judge, it seems that even thou the baby isn't Howard's baby, he will prove to be the best father for the girl and the custody it will be granted to him. The most important part of this is: isn't because he seems to be a better father than the blood father, the custody of the baby, grants him the custody of the money or give him the right of the money. He is hers mother's Scott, not even boyfriend because is piratically prove they used not to have sexual relationship. I would say, he was her drug dealer who killed her over money, after he seems a chance with his name on the baby's birth certificate.

We don't know yet! It's been said that Howard K. might be making an agreement to give Larry Daniellynn if Howard can have Anna's estate! I think Larry should get her. I hope when they do the paternity test that he's the father!

The baby's court-appointed lawyer will be the legal guardian, until the find out who the father is. I'm putting money on that dude Larry. Anna didn't like him, so it must he must be the father.

They do not know yet..but I say..Larry Birkhead...Phojoe did a photo enhancement of the baby's photo and its totally looks like anna and larry birkead. They showed it on Glen Beck (CNN) about two nights ago...Pretty interesting
