Well, They only lost one game in their division last year, and will be about the same next year so if they do that again then your talking 5 wins right there. They have a good first round pick and could really make an upgrade with a player there and hopefully will at least make some noise in free agency. If they fill in a couple holes they should be ok. The team is a year older now and dont look to lose anyone too important to free agency. Brett will still be better than most behind center and will be more motivated to lead the team being in his last year or two and not wanting to go out on bottom. I see them winning 10-11 and getting into the playoffs. From there.........who knows, but I can tell you that no other team will want to see Brett in the playoffs.

I'll have to agree with Mike on this one.Favre will do better this year because the o-line will improve(once more it has the past 2 years).Driver and Jennings are both better then average recievers and if they get Moss who can you double cover?Someone is bound to get open.If they can get Adrian Peterson or Marshawn Lynch they can revive their running game and take some pressure off Favre.Their defense on the other hand I believe is great. They just resigned Jenkins and they have Gbaja-Biamila if he falls through.Don't forget about Kampman the NFC leader in sacks and the DT's are above average. The linebackers are the best since the days of Lombardi and Harris and Woodson make it hard for offenses to throw. The only weak spot is their Safties.I'm a little worried about Collins and Manuel but if they can do average their defense will be one of the best.So I say 10-6 playoffs run and possible Super Bowl.

AVERAGE.....again, wow i know thats super hard for the loyal Packer fans to hear, but they know another year of Brett ball will not get it done, he means well but wont be able to get it done, I hope he decides before the season starts that its really over, before a fast strong defensive end helps him decide it! under 500 ball in 2007 hope the coach dosent get fired he better push Bret off the boat!

If they spend the money and get Brett a team around him with a running game they could maybe pull out a wild card in the NFC.

Alot of key positions have age and depth concerns. brett needs to retire w/ tiki from the giants. quit before the game makes you quit from either injury or nobody wants you anymore. i predict a 7-9 year. at best an 8-8 year with no playoffs and a bad injury to brett to end him once and for all.

I personally think Favre will suffer a bad injury. That's about all I know though.
Either way, they probably won't be the hit team they were a few years ago.
