Regarding LOST, what is Hanso Exposed? something about clips edited together? who set up this site?

On you tube, it seems like short clips were edited together to make one long one but where did the clips come from? Were they online and given out weekly or what? Is this through the LOST producers? How did people know about this website? I love this show, but I feel a bit, lost.
