I'm a jr. undergrad and unsure if I want to get an MBA. Should I, and is it recommended, that I take it now? OR if i start work immediately after school and decide i want to go to business school, take it then?

That depends on a number of factors such as the graduate school you plan to attend, when you want to start, how confident you are about passing the admissions test on the first try, etc.

It all depends on you, as you can take the GMAT whenever you want. But my personal suggestion is to complete all of your schooling first. Why? Because I've known so many people who always say that they can go back to school but never seem to have the time to do so.

And besides, many graduate schools today are geared for the working student, and some even require things like an internship in order to graduate.
