The car has an HKS sports suspension set up with tapered
springs, but they no longer do them for the MX5 Eunos Roadster.
Car failed mot on defective shock. Can you recommend two
rear shocks that might be compatible with the existing front
HKS ones

google mx5 parts you should be able to get them on none of the sites my husband does and there is nothing he hasnt managed to get he has a eunos import

several manufacturers make specialised shock absorbers. is'ant there a label or name on the old ones to enable cross reference. even colour could help. i;e borge are french specialists. several uk firms can source and import globely. austraila. japan. europe. more information could narrow field of search. try owners club.
