Yes, I believe he will be in a money in the bank qualifier and win also. It must have been a recent decision, because up until now, it has only been 6 participants. It would only make sense because Randy is a top heel and they are progressing his soon-to-be feud with Edge. Whether Randy will become face or remain heel has yet to be seen, but I hope that he becomes face and wins at Wrestlemania 23 in the Money in the Bank Match!

I think he'll beat either Super Crazy in an idiviual or he'll win a battle royal with 5 guys who aren't in the MITB from each show
I think at the MITB match Edge will be about to win but Orton will come flying and give him an RKO
