High Country Gardens sells xeric plants --low water.
Burpee Seeds sells small plants.
Forest Farms sells trees, shrubs, perennials.

Try a search on Mcminnville, Tn. it is the nursery capitol for the south. There are multitudes of nurseries. I have ordered some live plants from some nurseries there. Just make sure the site is one that sales retail. My horticulture professor had us purchasing plants from there.
