i knew greg for about 2 years we started going out a month and a half ago i know he is my true love and i know that i want to spend the rest of my life with him. We are both 18 and we talk about getting married and having kids but i think i might be pregnant and i am so scared that i might lose him what should i do

Well sounds like you were smart enough to get to know one another as friends before starting a relationship, however it doesn't seem that you were smart enough to protect yourself. Now baring in mind I do not know all the details, you could have used protection and it may not have worked in which case I would think you were smart enough to know that you have to tell him and then go from there on what both of you do next. I notice that you said you might be pregnant. First things first, take a test and find out for sure, then talk to him about it. If you are not pregnant you may be able to save yourself that talk and the stress that might come with it. If you are not pregnant my next word of advice would be make sure you start using better protection.

2) if u are talk to YOUR PARENTS so u can make a decision on whether to keep it.
3) tell him and be prepared to watch him run like the wind because no 18 year old guy wants to be saddled with a wife and kids.

dont beat your self up any more.

it takes two to tango and he should be there for the long ride.
be truthful and tell him as soon as possible so you can deal with it and move on to the next stage.

and if really loves you he should stay by your side the whole way
