Not necessarily say something to your face, more like goading or giving you a silent insult where everybody notices it.
A little detail, you and that girl are not dating.
She's just some stranger who dislike your gut.

Well if she is a girl that I don't care for or she is some stranger why would I care? I'll just ingnor her. But if she is my girlfriend and she did that in front of my friends, I probably have a talk with her after everyone is gone to see whats up.

i of 2 things
she might be wanting to fit into your group of friends and what better reason show every one that she knows the answers and that you are wrong and of course she might not like you at all
or
she might be wanting attention from you.she could like you and the only way to speak to you is to argue with you when ever she can.she could be shy and hides behind a front which she could be putting up.

Well i would be pissed off. And i would probably stop seen her, even though there are not officially seen each other. I wouldn't talk to her no more and or would do the same thing to her when she was with her friends.
