Looking for places to live that require no car-want to walk/bike/train travel? (Any place in the world)?

Has to have mild winters and not be expensive also!

Europe would be the best choice for walk/bike/train, train travelling is quite simple and connects all main countries in Europe without the use of a car. A country with nice living conditions and not too expensive....I would recommend Czech Republic. Its in the middle of Europe with great options of travelling to any other country.

Have you ever thought Atlanta Ga? lots of trains and plenty of jobs close to apartments and townhomes not the cheapest but not the most exspensive.
