when i came out of the 7-11 and was on my way to mascot practice when this corrupt police officer took my kitkat and told me i am too fat and zit faced to be allowed to eat chocolate he then ate my kitkat right infront of me ,where do i go to press charges on the officer ??

I hope you got his name. If you did, take it to the police station and ask to speak to the shift supervisor. Remember to take any witnesses you had when this happened..
Until then, please remember that all police officers are not this way normally. They usual reason people go into that line of work is that they like helping people, not hurting them.
I suspect that if he did this to you, he has done this to someone else. Hopefully they have also gone to his supervisors and this jackass can either clean up his act or get the boot so he can stop bringing down the reputation of the rest of the force.

Go straight to the police station! That is a bunch of bullshit! They are assholes, You can press all kinds of charges on him for that. I would get an attornie and always have a tape recorder or video camera because they will follow you or try to harass you after that!
