It doesn't work that way, sorry. There are probably thousands of couples out there who want deperately to be pregnant and have children and have trouble doing so.
Want does not equal pregnancy.

What??? Your question is a bit of a strange one.. If you are sexually active then yes you can get pregnant, but if you are not, but still really want to be pregnant. There have been cases of women tricking there body into thinking it was pregnant, and what I mean by that is they have the symptoms of it and some even "start to show", but there be nothing there.. Take a test if you are confused about being pregnant.. That should let you know something.

yes but you will not be pregnant. you will have all the symptoms of a pregnant person, your stomach will even get big... but it is just your mind is so strong on the obsession that you believe you are really pregnant. Pseudocyesis

UMMM?!? no you cant have an immaculate conception by thinking yourself into it. The only way you can become pregnant is if sperm fertilizes your egg

Only with sex and just cuz u want to be dont mean you will it took me 2 years to get preg.and i want ed it so bad that i guess i didnt until it was meant to be

not with out have sex with a man some women which is really rare start growong a stomach like they are pregant but there not i forgot the term for itbut's really rare

Believe it or not you can actually want it so badly and obsess over it that your body actually believes you are pregnant (i.e. symptoms etc).

I dont think you can magically beome pregnant, if you have sex with someone, you could get preg.
