Go here http://www.besttechie.net/forums/index.php?&CODE=01 and register (it's free). Then, scroll down to their Malware Removal and HijackThis Logs forum. Click there, then follow their directions. They'll help you get it all cleaned out for nothing.

Also, be careful with Eraser...it can also permanently delete things you want to keep...better to let the professionals at Best Techie help you...they'll take you step-by-step through it.

You can't get rid of it from your ISP's computer, but you can get rid of it on your own computer.

there is a program called Eraser, search for it, it will destroy all data written to the harddrive that you thought was deleted.
