Low heat and if possible use a net that hooks to the inside of your dryer. It's best to use that so they don't tumble and get torn apart.

They can also easily be hung on a line to air dry and will last longer if you use this method as opposed to putting in the dryer.

If they are yellowing, more than likely you have used too much bleach on them. If you put them in the dryer, use low heat and that should be fine.
