1 Open your microsoft word.
2 Take your finger and hit "print screen" on your keyboard.
3 Right Click and Paste.

Lots of ways but I use a program called Bulents Screen Recorder. It has many options including video capture, screen caps with a timer, etc and there is no malware in it! Its free too!

Press the button "Prnt Scr" located above the Insert button, or the right of the F12 key.
Then simply paste the picture to a source i.e word or paint.

control print screen then u open something like word and right click then click paste.
