Yes it will it is FULL of caffeine. Try to load up on the B vitamins instead. I also use bee pollen instead of Whey because it is higher in protein and also is loaded with natural B vitamins. Since I started using bee pollen I have had much better results both in my muscle gain and in the duration of my workout. I get it from beeroyalproducts.com and it costs me only about fifteen bucks every three weeks (they say it lasts for 30 days but I take a little bit more). Also I found when I first started I had to "back off the amount I was taking because it is so high in protein it gave me an upset stomach but I slowly bumped it up to two to three tablespoons per serving. They also sent me some recipes for shakes. Good Luck.

I work out t about 6pm every night, and take 2-3 scoops of no xplode beforehand. I personally never have a hard time falling asleep. I use to take it and work out at 8-9pm and I would really have a hard time sleeping.

As the person said before, trying just taking a scoop, but I never really feel anything from one scoop, so why take it at all then?

You could try some melatonin at night. I take about 3mg to help me sleep sometimes.

It depends on your tolerance for caffeine. I know that if I worked out at 6:30 p.m. there would be no way I'd be able to sleep before 11-11:30.

If that's the case then I don't think that one (1) scoop of NO Xplode would keep you up. I use it (fruit punch) and it definitely gets you going, but one scoop wouldn't last for three/four hours in my opinion. (I've used it for about four months now)

I'd try one (1) scoop and see how it goes. I honestly believe that one scoop won't keep you up.
