I recently took a position with a higher education two-year school. I want to advance my career down the line and get my PhD. I know I can go back to school, but how can I do it when I work fulltime. Should I consider an online PhD degree through Walton U.? I don't think they are nearly as credible but wanted some ideas from those that have been down the road before.
Thanks!

If you are planning to work in a field where academic credentials count you need to go to a respected school. At some point a real PhD program will require you to stop work and concentrate full time on completing the requirements.

No one is going to take an online phd seriously.
