Depending on your cycle, it could be anywhere from 12-17 days after the first day of your last period. These are the days that you ovulate. For some women, they ovulate the 14 and 15 days. It all depends. Your best bet if you are trying is to start a day or two after your period ends, every other day (sperm takes 48 hours to replenish completely) until about 2 1/2 weeks after the last day of your last period. It should end up you "stop trying" about 1/2 a week before you expect your period. This will cover all the days, and just remember that if you miss a day or something it isn't a big deal, sperm can live inside a woman for up to a week (closer to 3-5 days) Good luck!!

7 days after her monthly period. In Jewish religion a women is considered impure during her menstrual cycle. After that she has to count 7 days, and then she has to go to the ritualarium. It is then that she is most fertile.
You can count on that I have used it for birth control. When I wanted to plan how to space my children, I would go 3 days later to the ritularioum, and I would not conceive. When I wanted to have a child that is when I went exactly 7 days after my period. It always worked. I have 7 boys, spaced as I had planned.
Try it.
