yip as long as the laptop is in a network with a computer with a printer. you can do this by getting a wireless router. this will also share the internet.
if you want you can connect the printer directly to the laptop with a usb cable and install the printer drivers.

Printers are generally universal - plug them into any computer, load the drivers and that's usually all it takes.
