thats an easy question!!!
well, if its a guy... if he's smiling. he's thinking of sex.
if he's not smiling, its cause he's not getting sex
if its a girl. if she's smiling, she's thinking of shoes, shopping, purses, food, chocolate, gossip, flowers, money, credit cards, more money, more shoes. her hair. how she looks, dresses, skirts.
and if shes not smiling, it means shes thinking she wants the all of the above but cant get it...

Depending on the situation and how well you know the other person.
I can look at my husband and MOST of the time tell what is going on. Maybe not the details, but I know when he is angry, when he is hurting, when he has done the hurting and all things in between.
Facial expressions, the eyes, mood and other body language are all great indicators. So is vocabulary.

if there is a problem than your intuition often tells u that there is something u need to deal with now. often times body language can tell u alot, silence can also tell u that there is a problem brewing. but communication is best, and if one feels something is not quite right than they need to communicate the minute they feel a distance between u and the other person.

no way to truly know whats going on inside another person, like one answer said unlees you are a mind reader. you can ask them and hope you are close enough they will tell you, but even then it is up to them what they will share.

that i also haven't learnt.u can try face reading. but it is very difficult to judje what is going in anybodys mind. i also want to read mind of some peoples.in comics mind thinking appears in bubbles but in real life it not.

Never try to second guess what someone else is thinking. They need to be honest and tell you what's on their mind.

Guys can't read minds. They only know what you tell them. Keep it simple and they will understand.
