I have a light grey foyer floor - medium ceramic tile. Actually - I don't know if it's really ceramic but it's a hard surface. It is the hardest thing to keep clean! Does anyone have any suggestions for good floor cleaner?

well living in Spain that´s what most houses have all tiled floor´s. I use really boiling hot water when I clean the floors, with just a drop of any floor cleaner, I find the hotter the water the quicker they dry without leaving any streaks be hide . Also I pass the hoover before cleaning them this gets rid of any hairs and bits you don´t want to pick up on the way .

When I worked at a camp ground, one of my duties was to keep the bathrooms clean. What I would do is flood the floors with water, then fill a bucket with some kind of sudsy cleaner such as dish soap and use that to mop. Or you could try Lysol: That's what I use on my floors these days.
