Will you be straight if you're raised by straight guardians (for example, a mother and a father)?
No, being raised by gay guardians will not make you gay. It will probably just make you more accepting of gay people, which is one big reason why some people don't want gay people to adopt. Too much acceptance of something they disapprove of.

No. However a child raised in a family where the guardians are of the same-sex is more likely to be tolerant of those who are different from themselves.

There've been scientific, peer-reviewed studies on this. Your chances of turning out gay are NO DIFFERENT than those of children of straight parents. Pretty sure that covered both biological and adoptive, but it might have just been adoptive.
