It is fact that both are involved. One is encouraging the other.With all the money they have both in India and overseas, if you have right people at the helm India can be No1 country in the world. Right now God's Blessings is on Corruption - the wicked, conspirators and the greedy. And not on millions of other Indians. God Bless them and the devil protect them.

corruption prevails in nerves of we Indians from beureaucrats to democrats.
However its of great fact that if IAS,IPS and leaders of our country make an excuse with corruption,then seventy percentes of corruption
itself will be disappeared from our society and country as well.

We can not held single entity responsible.It is reflection of society.bureaucracy,judiciary political all are part of society.We are getting what we deserve
