Well I used to own a gorgeous black cat (DSH: Domestic Short Hair) which I named Caleb [after Caleb Temple from the TV series American Gothic (1995) played by Lucas Black who also won the role of the main character in the third installment of The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) where he played that unruly and rebellious young man who got sent to Japan by his irate and discouraged single mom to stay with his Army dad in Tokyo for a while] but when I left Western Europe two years ago to move to the U.S., I sadly had to leave my beloved cat behind with my ex-husband which I knew would take good care of him and with whom Caleb would feel comfortable and secure because he knew my ex-husband as well as he knew me!

I have a 100 pound Malahusky named Juneau and a long-haired gray cat named Halo...we refer to her as "that effing cat"...lovingly though, of course!
